Cougar Meat - Ninja Nachos - Improves damage with silenced weapons and damage while in stealth.
These are your new favorite nacho recipe. Trust us. They will definitely not make you stealthy, but they will make you and your friends very happy!
Ninja Nachos
What you need:
for the yum yum sauce-
1 C kewpie mayonnaise
2 TB tomato paste
1 TB rice vinegar
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TB granulated sugar
1 TB melted unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2-3 TB water
for the nachos -
1-2 TB olive oil
1 ¼ C Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ¼ C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
½ head cabbage, cut into thin shreds
1 lb chorizo
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 tsp shichimi tograshi
1 bag of corn tortilla chips
¼ C tonkatsu sauce, like Bull Dog
½ C Yum Yum sauce, recipe follows
1 avocado, cubed
2 green onions, sliced on diagonal
Pickled jalapenos, sliced, for garnish
What you do:
for the yum yum sauce -
Add all ingredients aside from the water to a small bowl and mix to combine.
Add water 1 TB at a time as needed to get the desired consistency.
for the nachos -
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray or brush oil.
Brown the chorizo. Set aside. In the same pan, add the cabbage, salt, and pepper. Cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Add browned chorizo to cabbage. Set aside.
Begin to assemble the nachos on the cookie sheet. We are going to make two layers in this order:
Half of bag of chips
Half of cheeses
Half of chorizo/cabbage mixture
1 ½ tsp shichimi tograshi
Remaining chips
Remaining cheeses
Remaining chorizo/cabbage mixture
1 ½ tsp shichimi tograshi
Bake in oven at 400 degrees until everything starts to melt together, about 6-7 minutes Remove from oven.
Add green onions, avocado cubes, and jalapenos to the top.
Drizzle the Bull Dog and yum yum sauce over everything. Dig in!
